Lawyer with a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Counseling from Instituto de Empresa (Madrid, Spain). She has over ten years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.

María Clara has been involved in cross-border acquisitions, representing both domestic and international clients in the purchase of Colombian companies. Her work includes drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, trust contracts, among others. She also coordinates cross-border transactions, including managing due diligence processes.
