He also holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He has over 20 years of experience, primarily advising companies in the real sector. He has served as General Secretary for Productos Familia S.A. and Almacenes Éxito S.A. He has also provided consultancy on company internationalization processes, as well as various mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
