He serves as an arbitrator in commercial and insurance law for the Medellín Chamber of Commerce. He has over 15 years of experience as a trial lawyer, specializing in civil liability and insurance matters, popular and class actions, arbitration processes, and fiscal and State liability.

He has also provided various consulting services in conflict resolution, private contracting, and insurance. He is a professor of civil liability and insurance at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in several universities across the country.
