Lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Legal Advice on Business from Instituto de Empresa (IE) (Madrid – Spain). She has more than ten years of experience in corporate practice, especially in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) area.

She has participated in cross-border acquisitions, representing national and international clients in the acquisition of Colombian companies. Experience includes drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, trust agreements, among others. She is proficient in the coordination of cross-border international transactions, including managing due diligence processes.
